We are happy to read that you enjoy Vivid's working atmosphere, the possibility to get involved in interesting side projects as well as our approach towards internal promotions. We are continuously working in order to make such points even better in the future.

In regards to the feedback and overall decisions, we do have multiple ways of getting feedback. We do care very much about what our employees think about different aspects of employee satisfaction and engagement. For this reason, we do have yearly engagement surveys and regular feedback forms to get more and more insights. Accordingly, we have implemented many changes that lead to excellent results considering the overall good of the company. That is, while we cannot take 1 by 1 personal preference, we do take decisions on a global and company-wide scene. Anyway, we would highly encourage you to contact us directly so we can have better clarity on which aspect makes you feel this way, and we will always try to improve.

When it comes to remote working, we are happy to acknowledge that we do have a remote working policy in place, and that effectively, we widely allow our employees to work remotely.
