I can only say the following about the working atmosphere: It is poisoned. And it's in the structure from top to bottom. Only pressure and if you don't work the way the masters at the top want you to, you'll be dumped.

A German limited liability company. Sure, a European company. And it's also clear that you need to be a master of the English language. But especially when it comes to distributing important information, you should also offer it in German.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Ok in phases. But only in the direct WH with each other. But all that glitters is not always gold there either. In my time, there was cohesion. Those who had problems fitting into a community started shooting at each other and poisoning the working atmosphere
Work-Life-Balance
Does not exist. Water and coffee are provided for the staff and a pizza is served from time to time, but nothing more. The Eden Red programme offered by Voi is a laughing stock.

Absolutely subterranean. Regional managers play off the local managers with the entire team. Sorry. But I've never experienced anything like it. I'm really glad to be away from there.

This is demanded by the head office, but in my opinion it is only a pretence. Not a single woman was hired in Düsseldorf and the WH. Women are too slow and not capable of doing this "heavy work".
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
It is clear that older colleagues are no longer the fastest, but they are more diligent in their work. My regional manager once arrived and said that an older colleague should leave when his contract expired. His performance was not so good. The speed wasn't right, but the rate of vehicles not being returned was.

Dirty, messy and unacceptable. No real tool. Always cheap tools.
Managers don't get a new laptop if the old one is broken. You always get something outdated. Or you take your own laptop to work on.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Use diesel vehicles. But they pretend to have a nice new clean world with their product. Especially life-threatening with the rechargeable batteries. High risk of fire

OK in my case. But you could feel the envy from the executive floor. I only accepted what I was offered. But apparently that was too much for the gentlemen at the top.
