The company has a purpose and that is reflected in the type of employees it attracts. These are driven open minded people with brilliant skills and a touch of humanity. The communication between the colleagues is very straight-forward and open. This is truly a non-hierarchical setting. Even as a very junior trainee I was more than welcomed to question things.
