Growth is okay, but when it comes to the detriment of the employees and asking too much, the current fluctuation is just the beginning. Processes have to be adapted to growth, otherwise the chaos will become even greater

Thank you for taking your time to give us your honest feedback!

I am glad that you were generally satisfied with the communication, salary and especially team spirit. But I’m also sorry that you were dissatisfied in some areas within our company and we take your criticism seriously.

Our organization is growing fast and therefore we are currently updating our processes with a strong focus on professionalization and automation. This has meant a higher workload for a very few employees at peak times until new support can be found. This is an exception and we will always strive to find individual solutions for overloaded employees.

As far as dealing with older/younger colleagues is concerned, we are now very broadly positioned and do not place any group of people better or worse because of their age.

Regarding our environmental and social awareness, we see the need for action in some areas and will deal with it in more detail.

We would have been happy to talk to you at the time of your dissatisfaction and look for solutions together.
