A futile quest for empathy

The ''holier-than-thou'' attitude by both management and HR is simply frustrating. The vast majority of ''negative'' feedback being deleted is just emphasizing this. It feels like they are lecturing you about their core values and principles day in - day out, but given that 'radical truthfulness' and 'transparency' are one of them - this feels wrong.
As the 'great' Ray Dalio would say '“If you can’t successfully do something, don’t think you can tell others how it should be done.”
