Either you deliver or you lose - this is how the behavior of your manager adapts.
Your mindset and your performance are right, you're gettin appreciated and celebrated, if not, they look at how you can be supported or what needs to be done to improve your performance.
But even though pay attention, if not fast enough, you will be cut off - they don't check if it's the environment and what can be done - they convince you that it's all up to you.....

There are almost no "older" colleagues and what does that even mean?! - in my opinion, nobody here has been disadvantaged in any way because of his age.

You want your tasks completed within a week? Then work until they're completed - whether in 40 hours or longer, it's up to you.
Homeoffice had to beg and was also not proactively promoted or offered.
But:
The office was very openly furnished, the equipment very modern and extensive.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is not above average, but probably common in the start-up scene.
In the end you sign the contract for the salary you negotiate - it's up to you to accept the contract or not.
Social benefits are a big weak point here - unfortunately nothing' s offered here that goes in the direction of a subsidy for the ticket, company pension plan etc. - at least when I was working for zenloop.
