Poor leadership and do not have capability to coach, enjoy people calling them BOSS but deliver less, even make whoever should not hold responsible to leave the comany instead of the C-suite leader himeself was the worst professional crisis i ever witnessed.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
For the C-suite leaders, especially the one who is in charge of sales, if they can manage to achieve:
1. less micro-management
2. enhance the communication level
3. stop take redit from other employee or should provide feedback to their performance
4. make time for their staffs during meetings, and stop making excuses up
5. be open-minded, accept people who are better or stringer than you
6. stop showing discrimination, and show respect to different gender, races or even professions

Employees are narrow minded and lack of welcoming for new employees or foreigners
Kommunikation
The communication from C-suite is missing badly, and non-transparent. They always tell people whatever without ecplaination or make up excuses. Especially one of the C-suite leader is the worst, he even comes up with false information and twist the fact among people.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Not so many team-building activities, only one spring party and that is ALL.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The C-suites leaders obviously enjoy people kissing the ass; especially the one in charge of sales, who always claim that he is the boss of someone's BOSS. However, when you check back what he does, the performance are not what he promised.

If you are not Austrian, or even not fitting into the C-suite's favor, then tey will try very best to twist your reputaitons or makking you look bad. So no euqlity, and definitely discrimination involves.

Depends on department, i ever witness R&D department how the young generation tallked to the senior one, very rude.
Arbeitsbedingungen
If you do not want to receive all-in contract, you better watch out the contract before you sign. Apart from this, there are not so much left to provide from them.

They were always recived negative comment from past clients. then you have the iddea here.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They have to pay slightly more than the collective agreement salary, otherwise there are not so many applicants. However, everyone has diffrenet salary expectation.

The corporate reputaiton is already done and wait to be redefined. Based on how the C-suite running the company now, micro-management, BOSSY, twist the fact, mistreat some of employees who are not in their favor and make things up to set them free etc. You can use your best judgement what kind of reoutation they have it here.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not so much coaching, do not even mention any further training for your own personal or professional growth. You will expect a retired vibe over there.
