Very few women in the company in general, but they face no issues in career advancement as far as I can tell. The company offers both men and women 18 weeks fully paid parental leave (in addition to the Eltern Karenz) within the child's first two years. Mostly men have had children and so far no issues faced for taking this leave as it's expected.

Currently there is no transparent career advancement structure.

In addition to the salary, each employee gets a yearly ticket for Wiener Linien and up to 8€ a day lunch compensation.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone is very nice and supportive. Managers are accessible and listen to their employees. Teams work together to solve problems, there is no toxic internal competition.

Great modern office (with AC!). Free coffee, drinks, and snacks.

More frequent feedback from managers or colleagues might be useful. Currently there is a yearly review.

Unsere Mitarbeitenden liegen uns wirklich am Herzen, und es freut mich zu lesen, dass unsere Bemühungen, ein tolles Arbeitsumfeld für unser Team zu schaffen, gut ankommen. Dazu gehören - gerade in Zeiten von CoVid - selbstverständlich flexible Arbeitszeit- und -ort Modelle, daher können unsere Mitarbeitenden aktuell bis zu 100 % im Home Office arbeiten. Gleichzeitig ist es Teil unserer Kultur und Philosophie, dass die Menschen gerne an den physischen Arbeitsplatz, ins Büro kommen. Dafür investieren wir wiederum einiges in eine produktive Arbeitsatmosphäre, in der sich alle wohlfühlen können und Spaß an der Arbeit haben.
