Very few women in the company in general, but they face no issues in career advancement as far as I can tell. The company offers both men and women 18 weeks fully paid parental leave (in addition to the Eltern Karenz) within the child's first two years. Mostly men have had children and so far no issues faced for taking this leave as it's expected.

Although fast growth also implies cultural challenges, the atmosphere at Kaleido is really great. It's one team.
I think Kaleido has a great Image in the tech/AI area. Maybe not so common for non-techs.

I think this is work in progress, although there seems to be a high sense of importance for this topic at Kaleido.
Very international team (10+ nationalities), Kaleido seems to take a close look into culture fit of new employees.
