Terminating a work relationship is a decision we don’t take lightly. Before ending such a relationship, there are always at least 2-3 feedback talks, that also include me as the Head of Talent, Team and Culture. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t find a solution that works for both sides.

It is really a matter of concern to me to state, that working at night or in the free time is something we never want employees to do. As I want to recall, this was also clearly mentioned in a feedback talk.

We are sorry, that you experienced the situation as you did. Our door is always open for you, if something feels unresolved. We wish you all the best for your next steps.
