Nice One if you consider a startup. Obviously during high season which falls when everyone is on holiday, you see pressure on peoples' face

Never had issues with holiday request or work from home. Just need to inform upfront

Salary as per industry standard. But can be better with hikes and bonuses and other company benefits which is not there where I want it but hope will improve as company grows
