Arbeitsatmosphäre

Corporate culture characterized by fear, no culture of error, lots of blaming, some manager yell employees. People are permanently under stress and pressure. You have to follow the guidelines of the company a different opinion is not tolerated.

Kommunikation

Direct and aggressive, if you are not answering immediately you are tagged via teams.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Good on middle and lower hierarchy, people are fighting for the same cause.

Work-Life-Balance

Only work. Overtime without end is required. A motivated employee has to answer immediately the request of the management even if he is on vacation.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Depending on the manager, some are trying to keep the good mods in their teams, but most of the supervisor pass the pressure 1:1 to the employees. In general result are made under stress and pressure, which are the leading factor

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are very interesting and diversified. If the working environment would be more peaceful, this could be a great company to work at.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

There are no old colleagues as most of them already left the company after a few months (high turnover), except from the top management and some employee which are under duress to stay there.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The location, facilities and equipment are top but it can be very noisy as the team is spread all over the world and there is lot of meetings.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Waste is separated and there is a huge focus on physical safety, but how the employee are feeling (mental health) is not relevant for the company.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The payment is good, but it is reimbursement for pain and suffering

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Due to the high fluctuation there are a lot of possibility if you want and you can overtake a lot project & responsibility, but then you are sitting days and nights to achieve all the targets.
