Too much focus on technical, not enough on soft skills.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Leading by example and trusting the specialists within their positions. Also think about having people grow within the company vs. leaving due to no growth. The people with skills are there, it is just not optimally used yet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The people are friendly. There is however an extreme atmosphere of finger pointing and reacting stress out on others.
Kommunikation
Lots of cases of miscommunication and unprofessional communication. I had a good communication with my team however.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within my team it was good. Company level not so much.
Work-Life-Balance
Often took work home and had to make over hours, that were expected.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
People in management positions that are in my opinion unsuited and often the more loyal rather than more suited people. Technical skills are higher valued than leadership skills.
Interessante Aufgaben
In the beginning, I enjoyed my tasks, at a later stage I did not receive the same amount of opportunities and the work got repetitive.
Gleichberechtigung
As said previously, I felt like technical skills are regarding higher than soft skills. This sometimes makes it difficult for non technical people.

There were not many, but the colleagues seemed to be respectful towards them.

Most documents are online and bio fruits are bought. They also planted trees this team trip, which I appreciated

When starting I was satisfied, but I felt like my salary did not grow with my increased experience.

On social media, the things that are valued are represented. I however feel like a lot of things were promised during interviews, that are not the reality when working there.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In the beginning it was fine, but after a while it stagnated and no opportunities were given. This is a shame as it would be more beneficial to have people grow within the company, than have to hire new people.
