Arbeitsatmosphäre
There are advantages and dissadvantages of remote first. You can get up at 7:55 and start your meeting at 8:00 which is awesome. On the other hand, it is fun to work with your team and see them face to face. You win some, you lose some.
There are regular virtual coffees to make sure us who need social interaction have it.
Kommunikation
Once per month, Management presents to everyone where the company is in terms of projects, numbers, revenue, plans, all anyone would like to know.
Respectful communication is part of the culture.
If you are bothered by something, you can always respectfully communicate it and HR or management will do all they can to help you.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Collegues are the strongest ecosio's advantage. You can find a good topic with everyone. It would be too long to describe this inhere.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible work hours make your private obligations easier to handle. Also, if there is a sunny week, work fewer hours, you can always compensate it later.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Unless someone would tell you who middle or top management is, there is no way to know. Maybe only when you see few of them who have too packed schedule. Everyone is relaxed and down to earth.
If you need to cover a topic with a management memeber, they will make sure to find time for you.
Middle management is also supportive and ready to discuss everything.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you picked right career for you, it is fun. If you picked something you dont like doing, it is boring.
All is on cloud, everyone is open for new ideas, there are people to learn from and to share your knowledge with. You can make it fun for yourself.
