Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I have never experienced such an unprofessional and amateurish work environment in many years of professional experience.

The management style is characterized by "leading by delegating", "laissez faire".

An employee is told to ask the manager what the plan is, because there is a plan.

Very strongly pronounced civil servant mentality.

Many experienced employees were scared away and the management did not take care of a suitable know-how transfer or replacement.

No company in the world would be able to afford to waste so much time and resources, unless there was so much money that it didn't matter.
