Kommunikation

There's barely any communication and most of it is absolutely pointless because discussed issues are never resolved and development tasks are changed the second you leave the meeting. The people in charge can never admit mistakes and everything is diverted onto other people.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The managers will most likely not swear or yell at you at every turn, but decisions are not made adhering to quantifiable evidence and hard facts but what some people want and feel like.

Interessante Aufgaben

Most tasks that could be interesting are forced into a terrible version of it, making it a chore. However, most tasks in general are awful because hard facts and reason are entirely discarded. You'll most likely end up doing bad-practice and bad-UX tasks because someone felt like it.

Gleichberechtigung

Ethnicity, gender or sexuality do not matter here. Which is great.

Arbeitsbedingungen

You will get a decent setup to work with which is, unfortunately, entirely immutable.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

IT wages are average and very arbitrarily chosen.

Dear employee!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your tasks in our company. Unfortunately, managers sometimes have to make decisions that not every employee agrees with - of course, this is not ideal, but simply unavoidable with a large number of employees.
However since our company, as you should know, is very numbers-driven and we attach great importance to facts and figures, we simply find it difficult to understand that you believe that we do not consider hard facts and reason.
What's also confusing to us is that you're disagreeing with yourself in terms of salary: On the one hand you say that our salaries are average and arbitrary chosen, on the other hand under the point "Pro" you mention our decent wages. As far as we are concerned, we can only agree with the latter, as Geizhals attaches great importance to paying fair salaries.
It's nice to read that in addition to the "decent wages" you also list some other positive aspects, such as free lunch and beverages as well as the soccer table. Since you have stated in your rating that you are still an active employee in our company, we hope that many more positive aspects will be added to that list in the near future. Obviously there are some things that you think could be improved, as a consequence we would suggest that you contact the works council or a manager you trust.
