Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The company culture seems wonderful on the surface—happy employees, laughter, and helpful colleagues.
Perks like offshore parties and surprise bonuses add to the appeal.
Genetec markets itself as an ideal workplace, and some employees may genuinely experience that.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

My experience with my lead was completely opposite to the company’s advertised values.
Unrealistic expectations were set, including becoming an expert in 2 days.
Questions were met with hostility, and I was harshly criticized for tasks without proper instructions.
The toxic behavior led to an unprofessional work environment and, ultimately, my dismissal.
The company does not appear to have adequate systems to protect employees from harassment or abusive management.

Establish and enforce stronger policies to address workplace bullying and harassment.
Provide training for managers to ensure fair onboarding processes and constructive feedback.
Monitor team dynamics more closely to identify and address toxic leadership behaviors.

We want to emphasize that harassment, bullying, or any form of unprofessional behavior is not tolerated at Genetec. At the same time, we recognize that maintaining a high-performance culture involves setting clear expectations for all employees. During the interview process, mutual expectations are naturally established, and for individuals with significant experience, onboarding may be adapted to align with their prior knowledge and the specific needs of their role. While we strive to provide the necessary resources to support a smooth and quick transition into our organization and the new role, we acknowledge that the ability to adjust and meet expectations can vary.
