The work enviroment is great in comparision to my past employer's. My teamlead and team is supportive and understanding and always makes time and space to assit me regardless of time of the day. I feel welcome by all employees from day one and there is a strong team spirit

The communciation is open and transparent. Our team lead tries to foster
a honest dialogue. While this open communcation is a clearly a strength, sometimes the sheer volume of information to process can sometimes be overwhelming.

The flexibility to work from home and structure my own working day outside the core time I set for myself helpls me to balance both my professional life and personal well-being. My teamleads actively checks on me that I take breaks and dont work to much outside my working hours.

I value my teamlead highly. He intuitively grasps any challenges I face and consistently approaches issues with a solution-oriented mindset. He expects a lot from me but tries to give me the best possible chance for my professional development. I can approach him with all problems and even some our out of his scope he will try to achieve the best possible outcome for me.

The variety of tasks I handle is intriguing. While some core responsibilities are repetitive and not engaging, they are fundamental to the business's operation. Beyond these, I'm entrusted with a diverse range of challenging tasks that demand continuous learning due to their complexity. It keeps the work stimulating and constantly pushes my boundaries

Its a very young company, that doesnt have many old collueages so I can't give proper feedback.

I received a personal macbook and additonal needed equipment. Still the offices and furnishing needs a lot of work and love.
