At least in my department I have a nice team. Young, old from different countries, we learn a lot from each other. Our manager is the best, he support us a lot and has sense of humor.

Salaries are not really competitive, personal rotation is really high. And a lot of work work sometimes many extra hours

I would say work is normal, sometimes can be a lot but the problem is the lack of personal. Some people are overwhelmed with work cause we don't have enough employees. I suppose our salaries are not competitives, the work conditions (extra hours) can be really heavy.
Please increase the salaries, I could be doing less for the same money. It is not fair !
