Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Because of the lack of project management it felt like a lot of people are burned out on a 3-month routine. I guess because the deadline are always hold so tight, and nobody manages the timeline - this could be avoided in my opinion.
There was a big fluctuation, where a lot of good people have gone.
In my opinion Invenium says it is very transparent with a flat hierarchy, but for me it does not feel like this.

Dear former employee,

with approx. 20 valuable employees we still believe that one of our strengths is a flat hierarchy combined with an open minded company culture.
Nevertheless, market und customer impact may always lead to some tight timelines and maybe shifted priorities.

In general our internal fluctuation is on a very low level and we are not sensing ourselves as a company with a burn out culture. But we will take a closer look at this and keep it in mind in order to be able to combat it proactively.
