when you don't take life so serenely, and can joke around, it really help with the mood of the place.

They have weekly updates of what is going on by email. They do a informative whole (global) company update every month.

Home office days is what its all about these days. and this place has it. I would have not taken this job if it weren't for that.

HR is amazing at organizing fun events, but like I said before. more beer days are needed.

I know this is a lower pay, why? I turned down a few other jobs for this one. The other spots were offering way more. The work/life home office days mean more to me than money.
