The information provided online said that the recruiting process consists 3 interviews which was not true. After the first telephone interview (which was very nice and professional) I was sent many pages to prepare a presentation and was given only 3 days for it. There I had to present my ideas for the work, and team and solve a case study. They wrote "but don't spend more than 4-6 hours on it" (!...and it wasn't even any top position) and it all had to be self-explanatory because, on the second interview, there was already an agenda for other topics. But in the second interview, they asked me of course questions about my presentation which I had to send up-front, and at the same time, I was rushed to close the interview within 1 hour. We had a role play as well and then I didn't get a job because "in the role play I didn't spend much time in the beginning to have a small talk with the client". Well...I ran small talk with the interviewees at the beginning and in the role-play, I focused on the task because of the lack of time. Nevertheless, in the second interview, I heard that there are two more conversations to go and a "cultural check"...whatever it is... It's seriously too much for such a position, it was the first and the last time I did a presentation with my visions and ideas for the potential work and didn't get paid for it. If you are desperate for the job then go ahead but otherwise, it's not worth it. After this case, I got a much better job where the recruiting process was way more respectful.

The HR was very friendly and engaging, and didn't mind to give feedback.
There is only little room for improvement, the procedure is well organized and the people taking part in make a very good impression.
Imho the resources to prepare for an interview at MeisterLabs are provided by good intention but can have negative effects. Some candidates might get overwhelmed or intimidated by the amount of "things to prepare upfront". Others will likely force themselves to act differently with following a certain path, putting checkboxes on the questions supplied.
Do ensure audio devices and environment is setup properly - same as you would do when talking to a client. An interview can be a stressful situation for some of us, lets avoid tech. making it worse on both sides.
Could add more benefits for employees working from home like budgeting for ergonomic chair/table
