Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work atmosphere is pretty good; we are given a lot of freedom and a lot of trust is put into us and our work.
Kommunikation
We meet very regularly and discuss the workflow together with the different departments. It's very easy to reach anyone in company and discuss what you need to.
However, at times, communication gets cut off at some points and the message doesn't reach all the respective parties in a timely manner. But it's clear that this is improving.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The best part of the job. The colleagues are wonderful; everyone is very willing to help and communicate, even when under pressure. All the departments support each and respect each other significantly. 10/5 stars here :)
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance is also good. Holidays can be taken easily, especially if informed before. Work times are relatively flexible. There is a morning meeting at 9:00 for everyone, but other than that, we are free to start and finish working as we need to.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Everything is organized in a way that we are mostly our own bosses. We as experts plan the projects and decide the workload needed. We use the kanban model to manage everything clearly and we always know what the next steps to take are. Management is also open to suggestions and not afraid of change.
Interessante Aufgaben
As an agency, this comes naturally. Very diverse work, different clients and different tasks for each one. My specific needs is by definition diverse as well, requiring high analytical skills as well as very creative thinking at the same time; so I'm a bit biased with this point :)

Everyone is treated equally. I never saw any discrimination at any point.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Old and young are both respected and treated equally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
A lot of effort is being put into making us comfortable, and the open office is pretty nice.
However, some technology is a bit old. For example, some computer screens are not the best, but it doesn't affect the work quality. This is also being improved, and we are usually asked to inform the company if we need anything.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company is very inclusive and people are not judged there.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary could always be better.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Also one of the best aspects of working at ncm. A huge emphasis is put on education and improving. We visit many conferences and watch many webinars throughout the year, and we are free to suggest any learning resources that we are interested in.
