For the experienced colleagues with good technical knowledge is "little difficult", because you always get all the tasks.

The focus on e-commerce project:
1. Do not always say "yes" to customers. You have to check internal resources and skills.
2. The overall quality of the team is good, which is a positive sign for the company.
However, the mixed level of experience among individual developers may present some challenges. As a product owner, it was important to identify areas where developers may need additional support in my team to ensure that everyone is able to contribute effectively to the project.
To have a lot of certificates (google cloud archit, developer and so on), as it is NOT always a reliable indicator of a developer's understanding of a particular area. While certifications can be valuable, it is important to also consider other factors, such as work experience and practical skills.
3. Next point is the test team. In my team I had test manager(s), but no people who were technically proficient. The fact that some developers are expected to do everything, including implementing features and testing their own work and explain test managers what they need to do. Here is the biggest gap in setup of the software team. Suggestion: build the Software test engineer team in the company.
Kommunikation
Although we have weekly meetings where we employees get the information. However, one has the feeling that middle management "runs" in a different direction and far away from company vision.

if the project goes well (what is not the case often), then good, if not, have to look for someone to blame...
