Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Collegiality and Teamwork: The strong sense of togetherness and the friendly work environment make the workplace supportive and enjoyable.

Work-Life Balance: Despite occasional periods of heavier workloads (in my department), the company makes efforts to ensure a balanced approach between work and personal life.

Environmental and Social Responsibility: The company places a strong emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility, which is impressive compared to many other firms.

Exciting Projects and Initiative: There are many interesting projects, and employees are encouraged to take initiative, which allows for creativity and personal development.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Netconomy is fundamentally a very good employer, and like any company, there is always room for improvement. Many of the issues mentioned above can be found at other companies as well. However, it's important to me to give honest feedback and openly address these topics—just as I do within the company. I can certainly recommend Netconomy and see that the company is continually working towards improvements, even if certain patterns tend to repeat themselves.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

The general atmosphere at work is very positive. There is a supportive environment, and the flow of information is smooth. You can always ask questions and receive assistance. I especially appreciate the cross-departmental exchange, which also happens during lunch breaks.

Kommunikation

Communication is good in many respects but could be clearer and more transparent. Sometimes, important information is not shared promptly, leading to misunderstandings. That said, there are plenty of opportunities for dialogue, and the company is working to improve internal communication.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team spirit among colleagues is excellent. Without the strong sense of togetherness, I might have considered other offers. The time during and after the pandemic has shown that you can really rely on your colleagues—both professionally and personally. There is a high level of understanding and mutual support.

Work-Life-Balance

There are phases where the workload is higher, and overtime may be required. Overall, though, I find the balance between work and personal life to be fair.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

On one hand, my supervisor is open to discussing ideas and concepts, and I appreciate the opportunity for dialogue. However, I sometimes lack trust, as some decisions are made or communicated in ways that feel less appreciative. Additionally, prior agreements are often overturned, leading to uncertainty.

Interessante Aufgaben

There are many interesting projects available, but you have to be proactive and assertive to get involved. This offers a lot of autonomy but also requires a high level of initiative.

Gleichberechtigung

Equality is generally well-handled here. While there are still a few areas for improvement, I haven't heard of any cases where female colleagues felt disadvantaged because of their gender.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I don't have much experience with this personally, but the treatment of older employees appears respectful and fair.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The working conditions are generally good. Of course, there are small areas that could be improved, but these are often subjective and depend on individual preferences.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Compared to other companies, the environmental and social awareness here is outstanding. I’m very satisfied with the measures that I’m aware of.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

In my field, there are very few opportunities for salary increases, which I find disappointing.

In certain areas, there is a strong focus on employee development. However, in my department, there are very few opportunities for advancement, and career development options are limited.
