Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- First and most importantly: OMV gives you a chance even tho you haven't worked in office before/ don't have any experience. Unfortunately, many companies are looking for interns, but in reality they already expect a lot of experience.
- You will have much much better chances later in the labor market. Without this experience, I would not have been hired at my current workplace.
- Flexibility with interns when they need time off because of university.
- Home office.
- Cheap and super canteen.
- Modern office.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- The internship only lasts 6 months and can't be extended.
- There should be also part- time intenship.

- Like I said, better payment for interns.
- More learning opportunities.
