It all depends on your Department
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Work life balance, career opportunities, international and diverse community, company canteen, in house medical staff and works council.

Verbesserungsvorschläge
Increase the number of home office days further. Reduce lengthy decision making processes. Be more open to new ways of thinking.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
As in the title, this the average based on the number of departments I worked in so far (voluntarily or involuntarily). Some absolutely deserve 5 stars, some only 1.
Kommunikation
Again it all depends on the team vibe within the department and your manager. Some managers are very transparent, some not.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Again depending on the department. Sometimes your colleagues become your friends while in other departments you barely talk to each other (not to be seen in a negative way but just because the job is like that).
Work-Life-Balance
With the new home office regulation there's sufficient time to balance private and professional life. Of course there are peaks within the month but these phases are then followed by calmer ones so that on average its good. Basically as long as your tasks are done in time and quality, no one really cares about how long it takes you to complete them.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In overall very good, again with some extreme exceptions - yet these individuals are spotted quickly and appropriate action is taken to resolve misunderstandings.
Interessante Aufgaben
Some departments are of course more "interactive" and/or "livelier" than others. It all depends on what you make of your job and tasks associated with it.
Gleichberechtigung
They are really trying to promote female colleagues in management/leading expert positions and in my view they are doing a good job so far at it.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
More experienced colleagues are very much respected and their views really listened to because they basically experienced a lot (many colleagues with over 30yrs of experience at OMV is not uncommon).
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Reputation as an oil/gas company is still very much inherent across many people's minds but they are really putting a lot of initiatives in place to reduce the carbon footprint and increase sustainability topics as much as possible.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
In my opinion easily one of the best paying employers in Austria. The fact that many employees stay there across their entire working life span speaks for itself.
Image
As mentioned, reputation of an oil/gas company is undisputed but many actions are being done to become as less energy intensive as possible in the future.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It all depends on what you want for yourself. Don't expect to be taken by the hand and guided. If you know what you want and are good at your job, you can make quite a career be it as an expert or a manager (obviously with the necessary portion of luck).
