German and English are both spoken. Execs try to praise employees. But there is pressure to deliver on short notice and "fix" badly planned projects. This leads to burnout and many engineers leaving within 2 years.

Meting culture could be better - there were many unnecessary and inconclusive meetings.

Good, informal atmosphere among peers.

Working late is common.

Position in the company seems to be based on political factors and being in the right clique. As a result, many execs lack competence, and management style is erratic.
Interessante Aufgaben
Hit or miss. Some projects are really interesting, and give plenty of opportunities to learn. Others are dead-end.

Company is frugal; much hardware was outdated.

Salaries are industry average or below. To get a better deal one has to negotiate.

Although promised, I didn't get any time off or money for further education. Given high employee churn, there is opportunity to get promoted fast.
