Arbeitsatmosphäre

50-hour workweeks are standard, and exceeding 60 hours is not uncommon. Weekend work, including both Saturdays and Sundays, happens regularly. When some problems happen, management is absent, leaving employees to fend for themselves in critical situations. The lack of support and disregard for complaints make it an unhealthy work environment.
You feel abandoned.

Communication is ineffective. Important information is often delayed or poorly conveyed, leading to confusion and inefficiency.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Some employees are cooperative, but in many cases, it is common to work in isolation, fostering a competitive rather than a supportive atmosphere. It is all fake politeness.

Work-Life-Balance

Very difficult to manage. The long hours, combined with poorly planned business trips, destroy any chance of maintaining a personal life.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Everyone knows that management is one of the company weakest points. Leaders are unavailable during critical moments, offer little guidance, and fail to take responsibility for problems, leaving employees to resolve issues alone or not giving them a proper help, the suggestion is often to use AI or to search alone on the internet.

Interessante Aufgaben

The company works on innovative and high-profile projects, such as those in the space and motorsport sectors and externally it provides a very good reputation and image. Unfortunately, due to toxic work environment, I am very interested in the projects I work on, but not proud to be part of the company.

Gleichberechtigung

Clear lack of fairness, with favoritism being evident. This leads to work without passion but only for the money. 10 hours a day are long.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

Experienced employees are not valued. Their expertise is often overlooked, and they are treated no differently than new hires. The mail problem is that the company is composed by young employees, which is a strong positive point, but lacks of experience and guidance.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The workstations are modern and well-equipped, but this does not make up for the exaggerated and overwhelming workload.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The company appears indifferent to social responsibility. No concrete actions are taken in thks area, and employees are left questioning whether these values even exist within the organization. I repeat, you feel abandoned and without a clear guidance and instruments.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The salary is inadequate for the demanding workload, and the benefits are basic, offering no real compensation for the sacrifices required. Many companies in the Wels Linz Steyr area and in the plastic and material field offer more for working less.

The company works on innovative and high-profile projects, such as those in the space and motorsport sectors. It has a good reputation and the product are really high technologic. Externally it is a good company, but internally it is not very good.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

While there are some paths for advancement, there’s no meaningful training or resources to support growth. Opportunities feel inaccessible and poorly structured.
