The management mostly works against the employee. A task is redesigned at least 2 times, which leads to further improvements.
The high level of fluctuation leads to short periods of employment.
The colleagues are sent on short-time work, while it is demanded that they work 100%.
As HR positions are often not filled, there is a lack of any kind of communication in this area.

Communication is the last priority. there is no induction, processes are not documented. the successor has to work out everything on his own and asks other colleagues, who are usually only there for 5 months at most.

There are even different core times for the old and new employees.
There are also holiday savings when the colleague is no longer there, so that the work does not remain unfinished. After dismissal, people are asked to stay longer to bridge the gap when no one is there.

It is advertised with a bonus for achieved goals - which has never been paid out until now. In this way, it tries to keep the basic salary as low as possible.
