A noticeable deficiency in communication has led to widespread frustration and confusion across various aspects of work life. The current management approach appears ineffective, with apparent absence of strategic planning. Employees express feeling unduly criticized for inadequate output, with management overlooking internal factors and solely attributing shortcomings to teams. Despite multiple meetings convened to address these concerns, no tangible actions have been taken.

Instead of organizing numerous unproductive meetings and discussions, take decisive action. Ample feedback has already been provided.
If you intend to hire experts, collaborate with them effectively rather than simply assigning tasks. Cease the constant micromanagement.
Improve communication significantly. Clearly communicate any changes and the reasons behind them, regardless of what they are. This is far preferable to offering excuses that can easily be exposed as false.
Provide employees with incentives and opportunities for career growth and advancement, as promised a long time ago.

The quality of communication has significantly declined. Numerous decisions are merely announced without considering the input and ideas of the team(s), leading to a sense of disregard and neglect. Additionally, there appears to be a disconnect in the management's ability to effectively communicate their strategy, goals, and vision, further exacerbating the frustration among team members. There are instances where it feels like team members are being unjustly blamed for issues that were never communicated to them initially, contributing to an atmosphere of confusion and discontent.

Teamwork within and across teams is excellent, characterized by a culture of mutual support and collaboration.
Nevertheless, interactions with certain colleagues can present challenges, leading to feelings of being scrutinized or questioned.

There is a prevalent issue of strong micromanagement within the company. Although the company emphasizes hiring experts, their opinions and ideas are often disregarded and discouraged. Recently, there has been an increasing emphasis on speed over thoughtful execution, yet employees are still expected to take full responsibility for their work despite having little control over it. This creates a no-win situation for employees, undermining their ability to perform effectively.

There are numerous interesting tasks available. However, with the current workflow, everything becomes increasingly frustrating, causing any initial excitement to dissipate quickly.

There is a noticeable lack of diversification in the company, as management and Vice President positions are predominantly held by male colleagues.

However, these benefits sometimes come with conditions. Due to a lack of clear communication about these requirements, there may be instances where benefits are revoked unexpectedly.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The company offers workshops for developers aimed at enhancing understanding and overall coding quality. However, due to the current management strategy, it has become increasingly frustrating to be unable to implement these learnings in practice.
Furthermore, there are currently no opportunities for career advancement in any direction. Promotions are typically given only when hiring new colleagues, suggesting that the internal knowledge and experience of the existing team are not valued.
