PlanRadar gave me the incredible opportunity to enter the Tech-Sales industry, despite having no previous experience. The journey from where I started to where I am now is a testament to the unwavering dedication and hard work of both the training team and management, who ensured I was always on the right path.

Like any new beginning, my performance had its ups and downs, but what truly stands out is the company’s commitment to supporting hard workers. Whenever I faced challenges, they provided constructive feedback and performance plans, offering second chances and continuous encouragement.

One of the things I value most is the supportive atmosphere within PlanRadar. Everyone, from colleagues to leadership, is always willing to offer guidance and advice, creating a collaborative environment where learning is continuous.

The company’s focus on mental health and work-life balance also made a significant impact on me. I never felt that my personal well-being was overlooked. Instead, PlanRadar fosters a culture of care, ensuring that employees are supported both professionally and personally.

There are abundant opportunities for growth here. Over the past three years, I applied for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role, recognizing there was still more to learn. Later, I transitioned into the Product Expert role, and thanks to the comprehensive training and support from management, I was able to move to another country, continuing my journey with PlanRadar. This new role presents fresh challenges, but it’s exciting to know that I have a strong foundation and the constant opportunity to learn and grow.

While PlanRadar does a great job creating a supportive work environment, one area for improvement could be fostering even stronger connections between employees across different offices. Organizing more team-building events or gatherings, similar to the one in Egypt, could help strengthen relationships and improve collaboration between regions. This would help enhance communication and teamwork, making PlanRadar feel even more unified as a global organization.

I have worked for 7 years now 3 of them in planradar there are different types of management schools but i can say in 3 years i have never had a negative action from a superior

Me personally i used to have a lot of tasks not in the same time but for my own development like delegating my team, giving mini training to new joiners in the buddy program we have.
