Make consulting possible without all-in contracts. Allow more vacation weeks also for Austrian employees. Allow part-time work. All of this would improve diversity more than any diversity campaign.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Work is done as an external employee. Therefore you have little time to get comfortable in a project. The pressure of delivering is very high.
Kommunikation
Usually very effective and respectful. As everywhere in consulting, people act a bit fake.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mostly great. As the pay is dependent on the own performance in the project, there is a risk of competitiveness even within teams.
Work-Life-Balance
There is usually infinite work. Knowing your value and clearly defining how much work you do is important. There is nobody forcing you to work more hours, but it is common.

Highly talented managers! Rarely any issues.
Interessante Aufgaben
The company is keen on taking projects with real potential for change. Even though consultants are usually needed when things are going wrong, Senacor has a talent if attracting good projects.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a clear commitment to improve diversity. Still, almost all employees are young men. Few women are interested in such high-pressure, all-in work.
