Working here for 5 years and have 15 years plus eperince in advertising and CG. By far one of the best places i worked.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have been working here for 5 years now, with over 20 years experience in advertising. Even if we are not holding hands and singing all the time, the work environment here at the agency is great – one of the best I ever experienced. It’s a lot of fun most of the time. The colleagues and the bosses are very nice and we are all friends and help each other – even if we are not partying all the time (but we do party a couple of times a year). Everyone is and was always treated with the respect he or she deserves.

Never had any issues around here about saying what I think, no matter if people liked it or not
Kollegenzusammenhalt
If you are doing your job and you are good at what you are doing (and did not apply with a fake portfolio), then there is no reason to fear you will be losing your job. Even if you are not good enough, you are teached and schooled if you are willing to improve.
As for the colleagues: We are here together all day long, 8–9 hours a day. We spend more time here than with our families or loved ones, so we are close to each other and good friends I would say. Good or bad days – we are here together and support each other.
Work-Life-Balance
If anyone is expecting a normal 8 hour work day in an advertising agency then they are in the wrong field of work. Most of the time the program is standard but if we are working on projects with a tight deadline then obviously we need to do overtime. The flexibility and the possibility to take free time whenever needed is a rare luxury these days.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have never worked in a place more relaxed and friendly than here. The people trust you to do your job, and the management supports you all the time. They give you all you need to accomplish your goals. New hardware, new software – things like that have never been a problem.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is negotiable and a personal matter. Everyone should know what he/she is worth and should act and negotiate accordingly to it.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have been working in 3D for over 20 years and I am constantly learning new things, on a daily basis. As long as you are willing to learn, you will do it, there is no need for anyone to push you from behind. Every new project can be a challenge, requiring you to do something new and learn something new (new software, new techniques). In my opinion, personal growth is a personal pursuit.
