Speak with the employees and give clear directions. Don`t be afraid to keep the good employees. Ask the employee what they believe they are worth and if its more than your budget give clear instructions how you both can get there and achieve the mutual goal together.

Due to high employee turnover which is maybe 40-50% per year is difficult to have good Arbeitsatmosphäre
Kommunikation
Although we communicate a lot, still the outcomes of the communication are not there and there is no progress.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Since many colleagues are migrating to Austria directly to Transped is interesting to speak with people from all over the world and share different perspectives and experiences.
Work-Life-Balance
Lately there are many improvements in this direction, so now we have Flexi time, possibility for Home office a few days per month. Anyway since is logistics you can expect to take some calls in the evening or on the weekends maybe.
