people - there are a lot of really nice and interesting people

lack of honest communication, transparency is lacking
favoritism - there are double standards for salaries and positions

follow through on promises, when you say that feedback is important actually listen to it

changes a lot and seems to depend on the team
overall rather good but often there is a lot of moodiness coming from above

not transparent; C-level claims that transparency is important but information is often kept quiet and then shared last minute

Kollegenzusammenhalt

generally very, very good
people are welcoming and open, there are lots of lunch discussion and after work beers and company events are a lot of fun

varies a lot, depending on the team

mid level and VP-level management is generally good
there are some very junior team leads that need to learn
the current CEO is at time abrasive, dominant and controlling not allowing mid-management to work effectively

Interessante Aufgaben

the topics are quite interesting, the area of automotive is not interesting for everyone but it is relevant to the industry

Gleichberechtigung

good for majority but serious issues with nepotism/favoritism;
friends and acquaintances of the CEO get special treatment and higher salaries - there seems to be a lack of awareness on this

Arbeitsbedingungen

the office is comfortable but messy at times, occasionally it can be difficult to find a desk if the office is full, coffee and team and some snacks provided
smokers monopolize the terrace and in winter the hallway and kitchen are cold because the terrace door is often left open

team events used to be really good

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

as a product - CO2 is promoted but not fully functional
as a company - there is little environment or social awareness, no environmental policies

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

benefits for a small company are very good, salaries are average
there is favoritism in salaries and it depends a lot on the team, the CEO has too much control over this
