the topics are quite interesting, the area of automotive is not interesting for everyone but it is relevant to the industry

good for majority but serious issues with nepotism/favoritism;
friends and acquaintances of the CEO get special treatment and higher salaries - there seems to be a lack of awareness on this

the office is comfortable but messy at times, occasionally it can be difficult to find a desk if the office is full, coffee and team and some snacks provided
smokers monopolize the terrace and in winter the hallway and kitchen are cold because the terrace door is often left open
team events used to be really good

as a product - CO2 is promoted but not fully functional
as a company - there is little environment or social awareness, no environmental policies

benefits for a small company are very good, salaries are average
there is favoritism in salaries and it depends a lot on the team, the CEO has too much control over this
