Since the company is present for quite some time, there are some parts of legacy code and software that need to be maintained so sometimes it can be challenging. Other than this, what the company is doing is very interesting and no one will get bored.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office in Stockerau is a wonderful place to come to work every day. It's bright, clean, and well-equipped with everything I need to be productive. I appreciate the comfortable seating and quiet spaces for focused work. The Vienna office is also very nice and offers a lot of amenities.

The company is very well known and respected within the industry, but not a lot of people know it outside of the Edu-Tech industry. The employees who work at the company are very passionate about what they are doing and I got the impression that they like the company. The values that the company is promoting reflect reality.

A lot of possibilities. The company is constantly supporting employees and encouraging them for taking new initiatives, as well it can be seen that management is investing a lot of resources in providing the employees with various coaching and learnings (e.g Agile Workshops, Coding Retreats, and many more).
