Start by trusting the expertise of your employees and acknowledging that they can make better judgments in their respective areas. Micromanaging must be curtailed, as it is a primary reason for stagnation within the organization. Consistency is key; refrain from frequently changing decisions, and commit to seeing them through to fruition.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally pretty good and nice colleagues, good working relationship between teams. However, management is lacklaster. Micromanagement is so bad that the leadership has even no time to decide on things that they are micromanaging, resulting in a lot of wasted work.

Intransparency between leadership and employees causes rumous among employees to run rampant.

Team members support each other and support other teams. It is probably one of the few reasons the company is still surviving.
Work-Life-Balance
Generally very good. Because decisions from the management changes every 2 weeks, people tend not to take work outside of regular duties very seriously. So, it is pretty relaxing.

Hiring and firing not only affects new recruits but also involves dismissing long-term employees without convincing reasons. Leadership often attributes failures to employees, even though their own inconsistency in decision-making frequently contributes to the issues. Management only trust their own decisions and no decision of employee is ever good enough. As a result, they micromanage everything and fail at "leading".

Use to be one of the very promising Viennese Fintech startups with very innovative product. Now barely anyone has heard about this company and their product simply cannot keep up with increasingly competitive market.
