I'd say depends on position and team though quite good overall . Exciting innovations are not communicated enough
what I really love is, that everyone is encouraged to participate in shaping the company and making it a great place to work. HR and Management really listen to suggestions and apply them whereever possible (though in such a big company this takes some time)
