CEO does not know how to run a business

I am giving 3 starts because many of the co-workers are very nice to work with. The CEO is not.
Kommunikation
They are very particular about how they want things to be done, but do not give the necessary information so that everyone can succeed. You are supposed to guess what is in their mind, and once you fail, you get called out for it. They are also bad at delegating and requesting information. When something does not work out, they still blame you, even if you were ready to collaborate and work together.
Work-Life-Balance
Everyone works frequently works extra hours. When you travel for work, certain activities (including having meals with business partners) do not count as working hours.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There is no real HR. The HR person is also responsible for many other areas in the company and clearly has no prior HR experience. She is just playing by ear and does not know what she is doing. CEO is awful, passive aggressive, does not know how to manage people or a company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Employees are crowded in a small space
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is low for Zurich standards. Benefits are just the bare minimum they are legally obliged to offer.
