The influence of the scientific community is involved in management strategies and decision, and give way to gossip and not understanding key management decision. Cornell and the administrating organizations are far reached and have no hands on experience with various staff blunders. mostly they tailor ( the administrating organization) to gossip and hearsay. There are too many relative of first degree that work there and makes it feel like a payton place

The new management should pay attention to scientific staff by hearing out their griefs in periodic meeting. The Chief scientist should be coached on managing people relations. Relatives of first degree should not be encourage to work there.
The Arecibo city is far distance from being a collaborator and no programs for collaborations exist. Formatting and alience with Arecibo and other island communities can only be helpful for the full attainment of cooperation.
