Management and owners only have a short time focus and are not creating sustainable value.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Everything is about keeping costs low.
Kommunikation
A lot of townhalls are held, but important things are often communicated informally and only to small groups of people
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Since the company is owned by a private equity consortium they are hiring only managers with a very short time and money driven mindset. Hence the Lonza culture of creating value, get things done and helping each other disappeared.
Work-Life-Balance
Very long working hours nearly every day. Short timelines and changing priorities are creating a lot of pressure and lead to working hours of 10-14 hours
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most of them just looking for them self. New hired managers are often coming from other private equity held companies.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Over the last 1.5 years a lot of people who worked 15 years are more for the company have been fired. Replacements then usually are based in low cost countries and not in Switzerland
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
At lower end for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in Switzerland
