Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere is poisoned by envy, resentment and harming others. Self-appointed IT specialists who want to tell experienced IT experts what is important and right. They can afford an external IT department that is utilised to a maximum of 30% of its capacity. The rest of the time is spent hanging out or drinking coffee. So you have time to grumble about the others. The other external engineering team, who are paid with good taxpayers' money, are characterised by their arrogance, arrogance and refusal to cooperate. They try to make themselves indispensable and are afraid of new people bringing in new ideas. At all meetings, you always have the feeling that you are not being heard because the same people are always suppressing those who have questions or want to know something in more detail. I think I've met about two people in my time at work where you could see in their eyes that they enjoy working there.

The communication is deceitful and not honest. The aim is to harm the other person as much as possible and to drag their work through the mud to make themselves look better.

Due to the high level of envy and dishonesty among colleagues, there is no team spirit.

Work-life balance is great, you have a lot of time for leisure because there is nothing to do for days on end.

The building is fine, but the furnishings are old-fashioned, uncomfortable and untidy. Also too loud. Some of the moving boxes are still lying around and the desks are untidy. Not a comfortable environment where you can work well.
