Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Unfortunately, I have to say that my time there was terrible. One fundamental issue was the lack of direction and leadership. The supervisors in the department had no IT background or the necessary expertise to effectively address the technical challenges.
There was a lack of clear vision and strategic alignment, which led to uncertainty and confusion. This had a negative impact on the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.
Additionally, there were annual restructuring efforts, leading to constant changes in responsibilities and tasks. This created instability and made it difficult for employees to focus on their duties and reach their full potential.
