Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Awesome teams and a cultural exchange you rarely have anywhere else in retail. The customers you get there are as friendly as they can be.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
You only have one 30 minute break per day, which doesn't leave you enough time to walk to a place, order something and then eat it in a reasonable pace.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Your IT-management must be improved by a lot. Nothing ever works in the store and people get the feeling there is only one person doing his job in the IT-field. Deliverys are totally random and unannounced. It shouldn't happen that a store is close to being empty for a whole month and then the workers get blamed for not selling enough...

The team changes quickly, but is made out of mostly cool people.

This job is meant to be done as your first job or when you are attending a school or similar.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary right now is decent compared with downtown shops. Compared with the salary of other retail shops at the airport it is miserable. Due to the fact that the HQ is in the netherlands, they don't know or don't want to know how much an average worker in switzerland needs to pay their bills.

Mostly good. Could be better with the shift-management.

Very poor communication and takes things too personally. They are however acting respectful face to face, not so much behind your back though.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Too hot in the store, no quickly accessable break room, very poor choices what to eat at lunch. Hard floor, no place and not allowed to sit.

It is a miracle if you actually know what's going on...
Gleichberechtigung
You got to fight for a "decent" salary.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you got customers, it's a very nice work. It can get very, very boring.
