Up to 4 remote meetings... Contract offer comes very fast so the get you to stick with the process. You have to meet HR, Teamlead and the whole team. Can be difficult to please all these individuals without ever met them or even knowing them. It seems also that, they did not check my CV oder in-basket exercise. I had to introduce myself like 4 times and present the in-basket exercise 3 times. In-basket exercise was very generic and no background information was given... The risk is clearly on the applicants side, investing over 6-7 hours (besides your regular job and side-projects) in working on the in-basket-exercise very thoroughly. In addition you are forced to use the CI-slides and bother yourself which "cherry"-slide you might take.
Trying to reach teamlead and HR is nearly impossible even if you are smart and find out the e-mail/phone. They are all so busy... or ill;-)
Totally invested over 10 hours in the process (exercise, meetings) preparation NOT included.
Result: Not getting any feedback about the process, promises are made on phone (you will get a mail tomorrow, you'll receive a call by end of the weekend). What is this? Kindergarden?
