in my opinion the only way to improve something within the company long term is to let one specific management team member go. The company just recently fired the one person from the management that was the most reasonable.
atmosphere within the team is bad, everyone is stressed and the are constant changes within the team due to extremely high fluctuation (the whole finance team left the company within just a few months)
I have seen colleagues write mails during their vacation/ late at night and during weekends & holidays, this seemed to be expected by the management
most members of the team try to be collaborative but the stress levels are high
if I could give 0 stars I would. A member of the management team thinks that it`s acceptable to harass people (ex. calling someone clown and "gay"), ask women if they`re pregnant on a regular basis (ex. if a female colleague didn`t drink alcohol) and one female colleague was suggested she should sign up on sugardaddy.com. The rest of the management didnt take any actions even though this has been addressed by several members of the team.
