Very nice and respectful atmosphere among colleagues. Everyone is helpful and relaxed.

Open communication and innovation is highly valued. Everyone has the opportunity to come up with ideas and pursue them. The management is very approachable and transparent.
Work-Life-Balance
This is a big advantage of working at Yourposition. There are no rigid rules about working times and home office. As long your work is done, that is what matters. It is even possible to work part-time. They are very openminded about this. Especially when you have kids it's a plus to work here because you can manage your time the way you want. They are very family friendly!! When my son was ill they were very understanding. I love there open mindness and modern views.

Every employee has a personal development plan (including trainings (indoor and/or outdoors). You have the chance to go to trainings at e.g. Google and visit seminars. There are weekly one to one meetings to support you in your development.
