It's like any other corporate job. You’re great to have there until they don’t need you anymore.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Positive experiences... Other than current management of my department, I get along my direct coworkers really well and enjoy their company.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I disapprove of the way the current manager(s) hire staff. Manager allows training of her favorites for months to a year in advance of a position becoming available so they can slide into a position before it’s even posted. Many times said manager(s) just put people in a position, interview one outside person cause they have to, and close the job. The biggest concern is that this cannot be communicated with upper management because they are friends, too.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Demote current manager who is a nurse and put her back to doing what she does best - taking care of patients. She has no administrative skills and struggles by and fools many people by putting on a happy show.
