Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
People who work there are okay, you have company to drink coffee with somebody and the men's want to help colleagues if they are finished with their job.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Diskrimination from superiors and really badly treatment of the women's. I had feeling there like I am in 12-th century.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
1) The person who runs the morning shift treats womens there very badly, instead of putting the women on the scanner to work, she puts them to work on packages, to load vans, to lift heavy packages from the belt (30-50-80 kg). The women's toilet has only one key and that same person is the only one who has the key, so when you want to use the toilet you have to ask her if you can go and if she will give you the key.
2) The shift is in the early morning from 05:30, you have to wake up around 04:30. Brutto is 24.- and there is everything included: annual, 13th salary, etc. When they don't have enough work, they return you home after an hour or two.
3) When everybody is done with the job and they hang out, if you are women you can't hang out and speak with other people because she gives you job from other persons to do every day.
4) She shout at womens only - if she has complexes about womens, then they should put on the ad that they only accept mens there. Private jealousies should be left at home!!!
5) Family ties and nepotism rule the office so don't hope ever for something better.
6) You don't get any benefits from this company as a worker, they don't exist.

They don't even exist there!! If you're women, don't go there to work!! That's the reason why they have only 2 female workers & 100 men's.
