Exploitation, no humanness and lack of creativity
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Open and international colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Low budget for everything and long process to change things.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Start employing leaders who wmbracediversity of thinking and being. And start being more creative.
I find it an insult to the employees to offer parking that isn't free in the middle of the city.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Most colleagues were nice, interesting in the work and in traveling, but there was a log of envy and gossiping too that came from the lack of transparency.
Kommunikation
Lack of transparency and honesty from management. No proper comms department or team that would communicate openly and on time.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As said above, some very nice colleagues, some very much concerned with status, money and envy (even though the former two are not even achievable at EF unless you play the political game).
Work-Life-Balance
Many colleagues worked until 8 or 11 PM without ever being paid for those hours. I was shocked to see how many colleagues started smoking. I was done physically and mentally when I left EF.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No comment really (speaking of my last team and not all managers).
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Interns are underpaid as well as all other non-managerial positions from what I heard. The "reason" is that it's a tourism company.
Image
Polished on the outside, rotten on the inside. No money is spent for employees, only for external marketing.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It really depends on your manager. Some are great and some very bad.
